Robert Blake and Elmwood School

Duvale’s approved dealer Building Additions were chosen to create 16 sets of educational movable wall Systems for Robert Blake & Elmwood school based in Bridgewater Somerset.

Duvale’s Forte Silencio range was chosen with a sound reduction of 50db. The Movable walls required digital printing on the MFC creating these unique & Inspirational doors, the client was ‘thrilled’ with them.

Duvale launch new Pocket Straight Slider's

Expanding on our already very successful “Vista Silencio” flush double glazed door a series of straight sliding options are now available. These can be configured in single or double door arrangements in either single wing or double wing, bi parting type installations.

The doors slide back into pre-formed twin glazed pockets thus maintaining the all glass appearance in both the open and closed positions. All whist giving the added benefit of improved acoustic performance when compared to the more traditional monolithic glass sliding door.

The supporting profile and glazed perimeter framework is finished in a durable polyester coating which can be tailored to individual requirements in any RAL colour. Additionally a range of glass finishes can also be introduced for a truly distinctive feature.

Other options available in the system are synchronised opening when using double doors, which allows the operator to open both doors in a single handed operation.

Forte Virtuoso Installation at Durrington First and Middle School / West Sussex County Council.

This sustainable dining space for West Sussex County Council was completed in June 2012. Fordingbridge were commissioned to design and build this building as part of a government initiative to provide hot meals to primary school children across the country. The building includes a kitchen space, toilet facilities and a large dining hall which can be split into two Independent teaching spaces.

Fordingbridge chose Duvale’s Forte Virtuoso product in a grey MFC finish with a high acoustics of 44db for this versatile and economical space. Fordingbridge understood that the demand for school places continues to grow, space is at a premium.
